Researches On Informationization Of Small-Medium Sized Manufacturers

As the vigorous development of information technology, the combination of information technology and manufacturing industry has become the tendency in the development of modem manufacturing industry. The medium-small sized manufacturing industry plays a very important role in Chinese economy and social life, the key to the survival and development of it is that, by using information technology, the traditional one can be transformed and optimization, its essential competitive ability can be improved.To take the informationization of Small-Medium sized manufacturers as study object. This thesis analysis the state of its information construction,pointing out the problems, bringing forth effective methods on informationization and transformation. taking the Make-To-Order industry as the main study object, it exprouds how to apply concretely the manufacture control theory to such industry.and analyzes business data-processing of the system.and works out the key algorithm in sch control. Based on this and taking Dongguan Sanlian Mechanical Ltd.as a example, utilizing UML,This thesis analyses the realization of the information system in the company from the field of demand and problems, it establishes static, dynamic behaviour models together with object View.Besides, it physically achieves thecombination and disposition of View, database models.lt also discusses the difficulties in the realizing process of the system and provides solutions. Furthermore, it realizes the information system and brings out a comparatively complete course. There are three innovations in this paper:1. It is based on the Small-Medium sized Corporations.2. It uses UML to construct the model3. It has been applied in some Corporations and got a satisfied reply.
