Study On The Problems And Counter-measures Of Promoting The Private Investments

The paper is focused on the problem of promoting the private investments in our country.Since the reform and opening to the outside world,the private investments have played a important function on developing econornic,taking up an occupation,activing market and expanding export.But in recent years, for the effect of policy,system,market surroundings and itself factor,the private investments make a slow decent which affects implementing results of positive public policy of the government and stable grow of national economic.In such a situation,starting the private investment will play a great significant in many facets.But promoting the private investment is still a difficult project in which exist many problems.In order to promote development of the private investment,the author of the paper has carried on some researches about the problems and has put forward some suggestions.Both researches and practices have shown the following structure exist:(l)the total elaboration; (2)the theory of the private investment;(3)internal developing course and external developing course of the private investment;(4)the problems existing in the course of the private investment;(5)causes for the problems;(6)the counter-measures to promote the private investment.During the decades of development,the private investment has contributed significant in promoting the prosperity of the demostic economic.But the present development of the private investment still shows many problems:(l)the private investment increasing slowly and it difficult to promote;(2)the subject confusing of the private investment;(3)the developing condition of the private investment being irrelevant to its social position;(4)the disequilibrium of the private investment in the east and the west.The causes may be explained as follows:(l)the restricts of investment and circulating funds become major factor;(2)the private investment make a slow benefit;(3)the policy of the private investment is deficient;(4)surroundingsOf the private investment is deficient;(5)the examing and approving system is irreasonabvle;(6)the regular rights of the private mvestmenters are short of basis of laws.In order to promote the normal development of the private investment in our country.Some counter-measures have been put forward as follows:(1) adopt new investmental means;(2) expand the investmental field of the private investment;(3) expand the channel of circulation necessary funds;(4) improve the surroundings of the normal development(5) foster necessary rules and regulations...
