Researches On Current Status,difficulties And Countermeasures Of Local Government Policies Aimed At Promoting Private Investment

The government sector for the private capital market is positioning since China's reform and opening up,industry development,capital market,the role of re positioning.Private capital which plays an increasingly important role in promoting the development of national economy.Private capital in the adjustment of economic structure,provide employment opportunities,which improve the market capital structure and other aspects of the role of significant.The financial operation of the market system is not perfect from the perspective of the current national economic development in the new situation and changing of intermational capital market.The capital market demand continued to increase,private capital facing development opportunities for broad market opportunities and development space.If on private capital to enough attention and give full market status and industrial advantages,then private capital will promote industrial structure optimization,improve the employment space,stimulating consumption,increase investment in play significant role.How to tap the vitality of private capital,enhance the level of economic development of private capital to boost the real economy,has become a real problem in front of the government sector.Private capital has become the last potential value in the capital market space,and tap the potential of the development of private capital,will directly determine the level of national economic development.Shaoxing private capital market is relatively active,private capital and traditional financial resources and so on the formation of collaborative development space,but still faces a lot of difficulties and problems.We have a comprehensive analysis about the effects of Shaoxing folk investment situat ion and policies based on the folk investment related theory research,it is found that Shaoxi ng City in promoting investment environment is not ideal with large difficulty and high cost of financing of private enterprises,private investment property rights protection problems s uch as poor development of private investment in the process,these are troubled the govern ment to guide the private investment in the healthy development of the bottleneck constrain ts.We conclude that the generation of these problems are mainly due to the government's la ck of classification of private investment activities,the government guidance and supervisio n is not in place,private investment in the main entrepreneurial passion decline and other re asons.The success of the policy experience from the western developed countries,and we c ombined with the local situation to solve these problems should be improved from the folio wing aspects:the transformation of government functions and positioning cultivating helps to activate the soft environment of private capital and further improve the implementation o f relevant laws and regulations to promote private investment;we suggest that we should br eak up monopolies,liberalization of private investment and access there are areas for mono polistic behavior against damage or affect the market to give the same treatment to different investors to make policy pave the way for the development of private investment and impr ove financial services,broaden the financing channels,we should provide financial support for private investment to strengthen the service and guidance and create a good environmen t for private investment;We shoulde accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterpri ses to provide strong and reliable support for private investment.
