Explore The Efficiency Of Cadre's Moral Education

Moral education of cadres has always being highly regarded since the foundation of Chinese Communist Party(CPC) .However, there are some worrisome phenomena lying in the moral education practice of cadres such as education formalism, which leads to inefficiency even negative efficiency of education. Therefore, it has become an urgent problem about how to improve the validity of cadre's moral education. The paper sets out from analyzing such definition as cadre, cadre's moral education, the efficiency of education, etc., then it sets forth that the cadre morality is a kind of peculiarly professional morality, and stresses the practical meaning of improving the education efficiency of this kind. It also summarizes the experiences and lessons of the efficiency of cadre's moral education at all times and in all over the world. Based on this, it further analyses the theoretical background and structure of the efficiency of cadre's moral education, and gives prominence to reflect basic principles, which should be followed in order to improve the efficiency of cadre's moral education. Lastly, it develops its discussions about the specific measures to ensure the validity of education. It mainly concentrates on an effective function mechanism for cadre's moral education, namely moral education and moral management, moral education and moral supervision, moral education and moral practice, moral education and moral remuneration, moral education and technical principle construction for it.
