In recent years,the market pattern of China's cadres 'education and training institutions has been constantly updated,from the former Central Party School to the later National School of Administration,to the three key departments(Yanan,Jinggangshan and Pudong),and the 13 universities identified by the Central Organization Department as university training bases.Then,in the National "Outline for the Reform of Cadre Education and Training 2010-2020",it is clearly proposed that "establish a competitive merit-based mechanism to stimulate the vitality of cadre education and training institutions",strongly encourage the development of high-quality training institutions in society and overseas international training institutions.It can be seen that the development of overseas education and training institutions in China has gradually received attention.This paper is based on Xinhua Education and Training Center as an overseas private training institution.Firstly,it elaborates the research background of the paper and the research on cadre education and training at home and abroad.Through reviewing the theoretical research of customer satisfaction,brand management and Porter's Five Forces Model,on the one hand,it understands Xinhua Education and Training from the internal environment.On the other hand,it analyses the macro environment and industry status of cadre education and training in China from the external environment.On this basis,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems and causes of the cadre training business of Xinhua Education Training Center at the present stage,aiming at the problems,it improves by strengthening customer demand analysis,building Xinhua independent brand and optimizing the product structure of training.
