If it is short of systematic distribution and plan in region on supply and demand of productive resources and product, if it is short of overall planning and optimization on transport route of articles, transport scope and transport orientation, it will cause enormous waste on transport trade and resources in a storehouse. Ther+lXefore, by means of systematic plan and study on logistics trade in region, we can thoroughly change chaos situation on articles transport and distribution, make subject and object of logistics get real benefit from planning logistics system, get considerable direct and indirect economical benefit. For this reason, study on regional logistics system will have objective developing future; it is also the need of regional economic and social develop and advance.Ration and transport technology problem of regional logistics center and the problem of the synthetic valuation of regional logistics center allocation are the important task of the layout and plan of regional logistics. The forth chapter and the fifth chapter of this paper respectively analysis this two facts of problem. The purpose of making logistics in reason is not only to cut down goods circulation fee, but also to improve the content degree of customers, strengthen competitive capacity of enterprise. Making logistics in reason rests with making transport in reason in most extent .In view of three ration require, that is, long distance transport between one producing area and one customer, ration between one logistics center and multiple customers, ration among multiple producing areas, multiple logistics centers and multiple customers, this paper carry out synthetic analysis and discuss according to theory related operational research such as dynamic programming, chart theory and network analysis, transport problem of liner programming .Many factors influence the selection of regional logistics center allocation. Fuzzy mathematics is applied in this article and proximity module is used to compare the proximity degree between actual allocation and ideal allocation. Synthesize the mace that is calculated through analyzing of different levels and subjection function into subjection module when calculating it. Backhanded means (proximity principle) is applied to select the ready allocation and explain the validity of this method with examples. Compared with other methods, this method is easier to use.
