The Soft Design Of Management Information System

From in the 1960's ,the software project thought shaped and developed slowly, and at the same time appeared a lot of software emploder model and method. In fact more requirement changing add difficult to Software design ,make more soft ware can not work well.The substance thesis of this paper is : at some level, solve requirement change prevent software developing. At last we can find out a kind of method it can adaping needs change.The thought of this paper mentioned: expect requirement changing. On one hand, we adopt a welcome changing method. This method is very different with beforehand design. On the other hand, increase the system agility, make the system absorb changing in some degree. This look like conflict, if we adopt a welcome changing flow, we need this kind of flow be simple, because only simple things can quickly adapt change. While adding system agile, meanwhile making the system have strong adapting, that must be a complex system. This kind of conflict although make trouble to designer. On one hand, they need a agile, quickly, and simple method to adapt the change. On the other hand , want to design a system of complex, having stronger adapting , to absorb system change. The aim of this paper is solve this complex, to find a kind of method to adapt requirement uninterrupt change.This kind of design base on this kind of thought: it is very easy to adding something on a simple than substract from a complex thing. And this kind of method is based on dynamic design and oo technology . This also is value attitude of XP. Be based on oo and dynamic design environment's xp add refracting, I say it as 'dynamic design'.Dynamic design method get very good social benefit, economic benefit in our work.Although dynamic design can not solve this kind of status, but we at least can find a method, it can face requirement change, and welcome this kind of change. At high degree, increase software success rate. In the chapter 4 of this paper say the instance in work in detail. Although 'dynamic design' can not solve all problem of demand change, we find this kind of method, it can face demand change, and it welcome this kind of change. In much level, increase software success percent.
