Study On Organization Pattern Of Sericulture Industrialization In China

With the entry to the WTO and the development of market economy of our country, a lot of profound contradictions and questions are exposed in the sericulture production, which restrict seriously the development of sericulture day by day. How to stabilize and develop sericulture and promote sericulture competitiveness among economic trades have become the important subject. More and more researches show that it is important to settle the problems by technological means only. But sericulture organization, being the effective carrier to the operation of sericulture industrialization, its organization pattern, management and operating system also play the same important roles to sericulture production and development. Based on modern economic theories, the organization patterns of sericulture industrialization that fit our country's sericultural conditions are proposed in the paper, and also some suggestions to the government's functions operation of the sericulture industrialization organization patterns are defined. The major achievements obtained in this paper are as follows:1.It analyses the essential features of sericulture in detail and points out that it has many unique characters that are different from general agriculture, such as the irreplaceability of silkworm eggs, mulberry trees and cocoons, high special-purpose of reeling industry's assets, complete commercial characters of cocoons and so on. These characteristics determine every producer must arrange production in the light of non-market system to carry out the equilibrium of supply and demand and improve the efficiency of resource distribution and the competitiveness of sericulture.2. On the basis of analyzing the organization modes of the present sericulture industrialization in our country, the elementary, intermediate and advanced organization patterns are constructed based on the modern economic theories. They are types of "company + farmer", "company + cooperation (+)+ farmer" and " cooperation (+)+ company + farmer" respectively. 3. According to the characters of sericulture industrialization, the evaluation criteria for the performance of organization pattern in sericulture industrialization are studied from six aspects ——production efficiency, economic benefits, scale, competitive ability of leading enterprise, farmers' satisfaction and chain length of sericulture industry. 4. Around the problem of effective workings, the role of the government in the construction and operation of the organization pattern in sericulture industrialization is discussed comprehensively. They should constitute organization policies of sericulture industry and the protection policies of sericulture,strengthen the construction of law and create a better external environment conditions.
