| With a view to new situation after China entered the WTO, by researching investment control and investment management of construction project, project management status at home and abroad, the paper studies systemically how to form Chinese management characteristics by strengthening all process control in investment. First, by analyzing Chinese status in project investment control, finding and investigating key factors which have an impact on it, the paper brings forward a new development trend in project investment and control in China, that is put in practice all process investment control by taking up with comprehensively construction project supervision. Second, the paper discusses systemically six parts of all process investment control, including main task, emphases, dynamic control, initial stage, design stage and construction stage. Third, by studying matching work of investment control and pushing post evaluation, the paper discusses measures how to improve wholeness of investment control and supervision degree. Last, some advices and ideas are put forward in four parts: project artificial person responsibility system, investment management, legislation and construction project insurance.With thorough research and presenting new viewpoint, the paper has commonly practical significance and value in investment control and investment management system of construction project after China entered the WTO. |
