The fresh service concept, distribution, comes into being in the interest of adapting to this situation.Distribution is one of the basic functions of logistics and holds a significant position and action in logistics activities. It displays the ultimate effect of logistics-directly serves client and meets the different demands of client. Economic results and social beneficial results will be affected if there is no distribution, we may say the fruit of logistics are achieved chiefly by means of distribution. In the past few years, distribution has become our country economy "Hotpoint" , distribution is as the blood vessels of human body,every section of our national economy is firmly got in touch with it.However, the administration of distribution is very much difficult in actual and subjected to many elements effects,such as, being difficult to formulate the distribution plan, being difficult to the selection of distribution way, being difficult to deliver goods on time, the evaluating criterion not definite, driver work time not sure, easily fatigue, loss and damage of goods in the process of distribution; Meanwhile, distribution, still is subjected to many un-controlled elements effects in the process of operation,for example, the distribution areas of client communication networks in way the limitation of vehicle passing through service time requirement change of stream of cars and so on. So, we have to strengthen the planning and designing of distribution system. At the same time, the design and plan, whether good or bad, will immediately affect the distribution cost and beneficial result.This dissertation is being based on the above-mentioned background, applies distribution correlated theories and system designing ways, and unites the distribution scheme designing of NII-L to the south wind corporation, researches and inquires the means and countermeasures of distribution system planning and designing.This paper analyses the present distribution development situation in home andabroad. Moreover with the U.S. A, Japan and China is in the interest of representatives, comparatively studies and analyses the present situation of every nation, and proposes how to develop Chinese distribution and design the distribution system with Chinese feature.This paper presents the fundamental theory setup of distribution system, chiefly consisting of the definitions formation and development nature of the distribution ; the distribution system approximately idea pattern function and aim.This paper elaborates the substance setup of distribution system. Since the distribution system is a complex system, according to enterprise situation, this dissertation elaborates the system mainly through seven respects.The dissertation core is about the planning and designing of distribution system. I make a plan and design chiefly through seven respects, and unite the distribution scheme design case of NII-L to the south wind corporation, probe into the means and countermeasures of distribution process planning and designing.
