Gis-based Urban Logistics Distribution System Planning Study

Based on systematically analyzing the research situation of logistics distribution system planning, this paper puts forward a new idea of introducing GIS into city logistics distribution system planning. It presents structure design in general of city logistics distribution system planning based on GIS.During the process of layout on the city logistics distribution center, the traditional method has been questioned, building up a new method based on GIS. The optimal model of distribution center location has been set up on the basis of Christaller's center geography theory, which utilizing economic supply radius to optimize the number of distribution center on the condition of the average distribution requirement density. With the reference of the said number, uses the method of alternative address selection to achieve the optimal solution.In the research on the vehicle routing planning, the abstract LRP has been introduced in this paper, the whole problem has been divided into two phases in the process of building model, which are distribution center selection and vehicle routing planning. This paper selects distribution center by means of GIS cache analyzing function. At the same time, C-W heuristic has been provided to solve the model of vehicle routing planning. In addition to, this paper analyses the development of city logistics distribution system based on GIS.
