Research Into The Interrelationship Between Chinese Entry Into WTO And The Cultural Integration In The Economic Development Of Fujian Private-owned Enterprises

Culture, as the soul of economic life and the matrix of management, will surely be affecting the enterprise's operation profoundly and continuously. It is the function of culture in the enterprise development that formed the major trend of the development of the management in the 21st century. The present characteristics of new economy and globalization have made cultural management a driving force for the development of current enterprises.The private-owned enterprises in Fujian province, the major pillar of the province's economic development in the 21st century, will definitely encounter cultural problems that have been influencing the economic development in Fujian after China entered the WTO. It's due to the fact the essence of the enterprise's culture determines directly the operation and the management of the enterprises, and even determines the measures and approaches that the enterprises have applied to adjust themselves to the globalization tide. Therefore, in this paper, from the angle of culture, the author analyzes the cultural essence of the private-owned enterprises in Fujian province. Meanwhile, she focuses on the idea of globalization after Cluna entered the WTO, and the impact imposed on Fujian's private-owned enterprises which is resulted from the cultural difference between the oriental and the west. These research and efforts will surely help the private-owned enterprises to promote their culture integration and improve their cultural management, so that they can face directly the globalization tide by means of advanced culture, and then properly deal with the fact of China's entry into the WTO, and eventually participate bravely in the global economic competition .Tracing back to its source, this paper initiates its discussion with the functions of culture in the enterprise development, and gradually goes further into the research of culture essence, culture barriers, culture impact and the necessary countcrmeasurcs to culture management in Fujian private-owned enterprises.
