World Trade Organizition remains its influence on every country profound and extensive in the fields of legislative systems and international legislative systems Not only does it regulate trade behavior worldwide, but also play an enormous role in the development of international investment legislative systems(IILS).The legislative thoughts, legislative measures and organization systems of WTO should provide precious experience and reference for the establishment of international investment legislative systems.Through the accounts of IILS and its legislative imperfection and the influence of WTO laws system on IILS, the author puts forward the imagination of establishment of unified IILS, in other words, the erection of the framework of the organization laws systems, administrations and its functions under reference to WTO's fundamental laws systems. At the same time, the author tries to pinpoint the deficiency of Chinese Foreign Funds Law and Company Law as well as the way to perfect them.The ideas mentioned above are based upon the author's research, cognition and law theory practice.
