Research On The Development Trends And Legislative Issues Of The Mergers & Acquisitions Of Transnational Companies

The article is subdivided into five chapters to discuss and research on the development trends and legislative issues of mergers & acquisitions of transnational companies. Starling from discussing the mergers & acquisitions of companies, the first chapter introduces the mergers & acquisitions of transnational companies and the relationship between it and that of companies, as well as the conception, classification, theories, reasons and characteristics of it The second chapter predicates the development trends of the mergers & acquisitions of the transnational companies through analyzing the correlations between it and the economical globalization and the influence of it on the global economy. In chapter three the issues of legal administration of the mergers & acquisitions of the transnational companies are investigated from three general angles: the national, the regional legal and the international legal administrations. In the fourth chapter, from these viewpoints of the general status and the characteristics, the legal issues in the process of it, and the legislative suggestions of regulating it, the mergers & acquisitions of the national companies by the transnational companies are commented. The fifth chapter is mainly about the systematic discussion and meditation on the mergers & acquisitions of the foreign companies by the Chinese transnationals. After the analysis of the status, characteristics and legal issues in the process of it, some legislative suggestions are presented on the mergers & acquisitions of transnational companies.
