Research On The Legislative Issues Of The Mergers & Acquisition Of Transnational Companies

This article is started from discussing the transnational companies and subdivided into five chapters to discuss and research on merger& acquisitions and legislative issues of transnational companies . The first chapter expounds the conception ,the driving ,the categories and the theoretical analysis upon the merger & acquisitions of the transnational companies . The second chapter predicts the development trends of merger & acquisitions of transnational companies through the correlations between it and the economical globalization and the influence of it on the global economy. The third chapter investigates the legal administration of the merger & acquisitions of transnational companies in three aspects : the national, the regional legal and international legal administrations. As the emphasis, in the forth chapter ,analyses the merger & acquisitions of the national companies by the transnational companies in three aspects :the development of merger & acquisitions of our national corporation , the effect to our national economy ,and putting forward the legislative suggestions with the tide of the merger & acquisitions of the national companies. Finally, in the fifth chapter writer discusses the theory of the merger & acquisitions of foreign companies by the Chinese transnational companies .This part is mainly presented some legislative suggestions of developing and supporting the transnational administration of our corporation through the analysis of the status , characteristics and legal issues in the process of it.
