A Study Of Transnational Merger And Acquisition Of Enterprises In China

Transnational Merger and Acquisition of enterprises which takes place against a background of the World Economy Integration, is arranging and redistributing of the essential production factors and economic resources in the whole world. In this thesis, based on the theory of the modern firms , the Prompt Net Present Value Hypothesis(PNPV) is being put forward and the reasons are mentioned that the Transnational Corporations do not set up new firms, but take an action of Transnational M&A in the host country. Also it is on account of themselves that enterprises seek for the PNPV besides, the influence is analyzed on the macro economy in China exerted by the Transnational M&A as well as the pattern, risk and integration of the Transnational M&A microcosmically. It is supposed that this thesis will offer some helpful suggestions so as to make the practices of Transnational M&A of our enterprises standardized.
