Study On Development Strategy Of Longkou Port

This thesis,taking the reality of Chinese port as the background,based on the analysis of macro & micro circumstance and internal strategic ability,makes a detailed study of port developing strategy of Longkou port.First,the analysis of port strategic circumstance is premise to study development strategy. During the analysis,SWOT is used to get the real situation of Longkou port. With SWOT analysis method,this thesis lists the internal advantages and disadvantages,the external opportunities and competition to Longkou port,all of which are essential to establish feasible development strategy.Second,the prediction to port throughput are indispensable to the study of development strategy. By the qualitative and quantitative analysis method,this thesis gets the prediction to Longkou port. Liner regression with virtual variable stands as the main method of quantitative analysis method in this article. Internal port capacity is also be analysed in order to match the port throughputs prediction.Finally,the whole development strategy of Longkou port is the central idea of this thesis. Based on the circumstance analysis and prediction of port throughput discussed above,the author talks over the strategy of Longkou port,which includes the mission,the keystone and plan of the strategy,especially some profound problems to the realization of strategy mission. At the end of the article,this thesis enumerates a series of advice to strategy policy as a conclusion.
