Research On The Problem Of Transnational Organized Crime

The transnational organized crime is becoming a serious and growing problem with the international economic association. Many countries has taken a series of measures against transnational organized crime. These include the creation of domestic criminal offences to combat the problem, the adoption of new, sweeping frameworks for mutual legal assistance, extradition, law-enforcement cooperation and technical assistance and training. However, to some extent ,there are still some problems existing in the present situation.This paper begins with the general theories of transnational organized crime, seriously analyses and studies on the developing tendency, domestic and international legislation , put forward the counter measures against the transnational organized crime.
