Reflection,Development And Application Of The Theories Of Marxism-Leninism On The Ideological And Political Work In China

As the history of international communistic movement shows, the Communist Party's ideological and political work came into being with the birth of proletariat political party, and developed along with advancement of Marxism, which is the theoretical base of the party.At the time when Marx and Engels founded the proletariat political party, they proposed many fundamental principles about ideological work propaganda in order that the party could be qualified as the center to lead the international workers movement, that the scientific socialism could be better popularized to educate the working class, to enlighten their political consciousness, and make them strive for the like liberation of themselves and the whole mankind, it was these basis principles that served as the theoretical base for the party's ideological and political work ,and they became the most fundamental sources for the ideological and political work of both Chinese Communist Party founded by Mao zhedong, and Bolshevik Party by Lenin in 20th century.In Soviet Union, carrying on the basic theories of Marx and Engels on ideological and political work and in light of the Bolshevik's concrete situation and the specific condition ,in Russia, Lenin initiatively developed the concerned theories of Marx and Engels. He proposed his own new perspectives and established the preliminary system of the party's ideological and political work in these aspects from the importance protraction and arduousness of that work to its status, function, object, basic task and main contents, from the instillation principle to the ideological construction, and the organizational system. After Lenin's death, Starlin made a substantial construction to the ideological and political work of Marxism-Lininisnio Meanwhile, there existed in his work some seriousthoroughly by the party leaders thereafter, but remained serious hindrance in their work. It thus led to the loss of support and confidence from the people in ideological and political education, and triggered a belief crisis in socialism. One of the important factors that caused the national disintegration in Soviet Union is the mistakes made by Soviet Union's Communist Party in ideological and political work.While in China, the three generations of leading collectives with their respective center on Mao Zhedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zheming, competently combined the ideological work theories of Chinese revolution construction and opening-up . and on the base of heritage, in accordance with new condition and new problems coming forth in different historical period. They significantly developed and enriched those theories concerned. All along it is a successful basic experience, a political advantage and a good tradition of our party's that the ideological and political work should be attached great importance to and be fully exploited to serve as a lifeline in the undertaking of revolution, construction and opening-up.The ideological and political work theories of Marxism-Leninism were applied both in Soviet Union and china , but with quite different results, our party should take a further step to learn from the mistakes by the Communist Party in Soviet Union in this regard and sum up the experience obtained in three different historical periods ,in this thesis paper, it is maintained that the ruling communist party should observe the following so as to further improve the party's ideological and political work: firstly, she should incessantly advance the Marxism and realize its renovation ;secondly, she should subject the ideological and political work to the party's basic lines and central task from beginning to end, and make it the everlasting lifeline for economical work and all the other work; thirdly, she should attach great importance to the ideological work, and make it the fore most front for the ideological and political work.
