On The Crime Prevention At The Social Turning Period In China

Crime is a very complicated phenomenon and is widely distributed among all the countries as a severe social problem. As China is experiencing the specific historic turning period, the crime shows the new tendency of spreading with the apparent rise in crime rate. Thus, the thorough research of the reasons, the seeking of the rules of crime, the measures taken to prevent crime and maintain the development are the urgent problem to solve.The reasons for committing crime are pluralistic and dynamic. All the relevant reasons work together and form a organic whole. In order to effectively prevent crimes, the integrate scientific system should be built up, by bringing the social prevention and the psychological prevention into a whole. The fifth part, as the center of the thesis, states in detail the target system of the crime prevention and the specific measures taken.
