Research On Social Prevention And Social Control Of Duty Crime In Ningxia

Punishing corruption must be tightly held,sword hung.General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed the importance and urgency of punishing corruption at the plenary sessions of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee has always maintained an overwhelming situation of resolutely curbing corruption,insisting on no restricted zone,full coverage and zero tolerance.China's anti-corruption is entering the "new normal",duty crime punishment and prevention are facing a "new challenge",we need study the crime from a new perspective,accurately grasp the characteristics,causes and trends of the crime,sum up the experiences of preventing and controlling the crime,explore practical preventive and punitive measures and ways to effectively curb corruption,governance crime and safeguard social equity.This paper analyzes the general situation of the case of the duty crime,the related situation of the personnel involved,the basic situation of the distribution of the crime,the regional distribution of the crime,the amount involved and penalty in detail by the amounts of data investigation and cases analysis based on the cases concluded by the court in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the past three years.By the relevant theoretical achievements of legal sociology,based on the theory of social prevention and social control,this paper clarifies the causes and the operation rules of the current duty crime.This paper analyzes the specific cases of duty crime,finds that in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region duty crimes have shown such features as a high similarity of types of the crimes,a strong interrelation among series of cases,a large amount of dirty money involved and a great intensity of occurrences in agriculture-related areas.Combined with statistical data and specific cases,this paper proposes a new way of prevention and control of duty crime to do well in the prevention and control of duty crime in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from the perspective of social prevention and social control.
