| juvenile delinquency is the common problem the present-day world faces. At this moment, our country are during the social and economical transconformation period, most people endure strong impulsion and convulsion mentally, especially fuvenile. Mental fragility together with weak capacity creates social environment for bad events. Thus there exist serious mental problems of juvenile in our country. The paper aims at exploring social mental characters and possible social inducement of juvenile , as well as concerning strategies.The paper includes three parts, The first part is to analyse mental characters of criming juvenile according to Sociology. The second part is to explore possible social inducement of criming juvenile. The third part is to point out the strategy of preventing crime based on the first two parts. |
