How to open up the Rural Market,which accounts 70% percentage of the total population becomes the issue which is in the urgent need of resolving by theorists and governments of all levels. To open up the Rural Market is of significance and profound lasting meaning to the continuous development of national economy in good state.To open up Rural Market,the first step is to analysis the characteristics of rural market. Except the characteristics in general meaning such as publicity,competition,freedom,Rural Market has the composite characteristics in the consumption content. The Rural Market areas widely scattered. Rural Market imparity consumption time is grabbed,consumption levels are hierarchical and potential ability of rural market.Farmers have their distinct consuming behaviors that are different from urban residents there are various consuming purposes and functions,including productive consumption as well as basic necessities consumption and luxurious consumption;the farmers' consumption structure is changing rapidly;the complexity of consuming concept and consuming psychology;the farmers' consuming habits are mainly affected by the natural conditions and their educational levels;at present,there is an downward trend of marginal consumption and a lower trend of savings deposits. However,in the new market demandoriented economic situation,the stagnation of rural market has become an obstacle of national economy development,relative to the development of urban market and the importance of itself.The three category of factors influencing farmer's consuming demand:firstly,farmers disposable income level;secondly,the proportion of macroeconomic development to agricultural development,consumer goods price level,consumption environment,non-family business revenues;thirdly,psychology of economic consumption,sense of after-sale service,consuming habits,etc.Three key factors are indispensable for the development of any market:firstly,consumer's disposable purchasing power;secondly,market can provide commodities needed by consumers;thirdly,convenient and safe distribution channels enable commodities smoothly reach consumers' hands.
