With the challenge of economy globalization and the impact of WTO, the competition environment of the enterprises greatly changed in China. These changes ask for higher and newer and more urgent demands. If enterprises want to develop, they have to get innovations to overcome these challenges. E-commerce is a very good weapon to overcome these difficulties, and this is the objective of my paper also.First, the paper analyzes the impacts of e-commerce to the transaction cost and transaction environment of enterprises according to Transaction Cost Theory. Second, based on the former analyses, this paper analyzes the impacts of e-commerce to the organization structure and their relations of enterprises according to Enterprise Evolvement Theory. Third, this paper analyzes the optimization of e-commerce to value chain and supply chain of enterprises according to the theory of value chain and supply chain. Finally, according to the former analyses in theories and the viewpoints of the development stratagem theory, the paper brings the direction thinking and objective of e-commerce in enterprises, and brings the implementing methods of e-commerce in enterprises, and brings the macro and micro policies of implementing e-commerce in enterprises according to the experience analyses to the application of e-commerce in Chinese enterprises.
