Multinational operation is an outcome of economy globalization and enterprises developing in a certain history stage. It's the advanced mode when enterprises participate international market operation. Multinational operation is the requirement for enterprises to exploit life of products sufficiently, the effective means to transfer international resource, and the infallible result for enterprises to thoroughly unearth and utilize own advantages. Incorporating the specific actuality of Jialing Group and discussing theory system of multinational operation thoroughly, this thesis canvasses the necessity and probability of Jialing Group applying multinational operation, the whole strategy and the specific means of multinational operation.After researching, it shows that applying multinational operation strategy is the requirement for Jialing Group to cope with impact of WTO, and is in line with the demand of national auto industry the tenth five years scheme. It's beneficial to occupy international market and reduce the passive influence caused by unhealthy internal motorcycle market. Together with seven advantages, i.e. the unique brand advantage, the leading core technology in domestic trade, product superiority and a certain basis of foreign trade and international business of overseas manufacturers, it is necessary, as well as workable for Jialing group to effect multinational operation strategy.The thesis draws the whole strategy of multinational operation of Jialing Group: to consider as the guiding idea "leading over all, competing for the future"; to strengthen core competitiveness, especial the capacity of technical innovation; to make motorcycle as the breakthrough with developing other light vehicles; to go on worldwide reasonable resource allocation and be enlarging international market shares, by comprehensive utilization of the strategy on brand creation and OEM(original equipment manufacturer) and means of "giving consideration to both easy and difficult market entry". In this case, Jialing Group is constructed into an influential multinational corporation.Jialing Group executes both easy and difficult market entry strategy. For motorcycle leading products, it's to invest and establish factory in developing countries Indonesia and South Africa, then expand and diffuse step by step. This is the easy first and the difficult follows. For the other light vehicles, it's to choose developed countries as breakthrough, then overspread to other countries. This is the difficult first and the easy follows.The investing strategy of Jialing Group is to decentralize risks and improve benefit by financing and investing extensively.Human resource strategy of Jialing Group is to develop management training and strengthen supervision and inspiriting; to practice different policies in different area: localize in developing countries and materialize in developed countries, thereby to constitute a talent team to engage in multinational operation.Technical innovation strategy of Jialing Group is to utilize modern information technique sufficiently; to constitute global technical innovation net of information, research, exploitation and trial-manufacture basing on high stand; to form own core technique and knowledge right by adopting open means, combining introducing technology and developing independently and cooperating with colleges and institutes closely.According to theoretic analyses, the thesis bring forward the concrete measures of multinational operation strategy: to establish the real market management conception, utilize policy of war industry reformation, enter processing area of chongqing city, improve information system of enterprise and conformity the third industry.
