Incentive is important content of human resources management and is effective method of opening out human potence. Incentive method is a important factor of affecting incentive purpose, but different people have different reflection of different incentive methods. Everyone have different reflection, but we can find many commonness when we assort people into several sorts. We call those steady and important psychologically character is personality.Many literature indicate personality affect incentive very much, but nobody research how personality affect incentive. This paper study different personality people favor different incentive methods, which can analyze the correlativity of personality and incentive method, because favor can reflect the influence. This paper assort incentive method by Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, we can relate incentive methods to needs. Different personality people have different needs ,which affect people favor different incentive method.Preparative work for this paper is a scientific investigator of representative people, which is the practical data for studying. Those data is important to analyze applied relation of personality and incentive method.This thesis primary study four questions. Firstly, author find the relationship between hierarchy of needs and incentive methods, and assume an application model. Secondly, author find the relationship between tow-factor and incentive methods, and assume an application model. Thirdly, author gather a set of important information which is propitious to analyze the relationship of personality and incentive methods. Fourthly, after the analysis of data, we find the order of different personality people favor incentive methods and the order of different incentive methods adapt to personality, then analysis by synthesis.Author only point out the new way to analyze incentive method, and analyze the theory and data. But favor can't be equal availability, favor only is a important aspect of availability. How incentive method affect different personality people is a big question which need more study.
