Study On Mechanism Forming Of Vegetable Price In Henan

After putting on the demand function and the supply function on the basis of the analyzing vegetable demand and supply in Henan,the author studies the forming mechanism of vegetable price. In this study the penman finds out three kinds of governing methods-the long,medium and short terms,and presents several efficient solutions for government to stabilize the price of vegetable.This study has some references to the studies on demand and supply of other farm products and mechanism forming of their prices.
