| The water-supply business is a natural monopoly one.Just because it is monopolyized and publicjts price is a majar part of the government to manage its economic activities.The core of water-supply price is to form a good system,the efficiency of which directly determines whether the forming of water-supply price is reasonable or not.Furthermore,it will have a great effect on the development of water-supply business,the improvement of consumer's welfare and the arrangement of public resources.This paper is based on the situation of water-supply in Weifang.I analyzed the methods of water-supply price in advanced cities domestic and abroad. In order to research the principles,factors and methods that the price is determined in WFJ used some theories,such as water resources theory,price theory and price forming theory. And so the indemnity measures in WF water-supply price forming is come up with.In the formation of water-supply price we should stick to the princeple of justice and efficiency,opening,reasonable profit and maximizing social welfare.In this paper I specially analyzed the effect of these factors-social economic .water resource restriction and ecological factors-on the formation of water price.The structure of water-supply price composed of water resouce price,engineering price and enviroment price.The foundation of its forming contains the cost of pulling out,manufacturing and transporting water.The best method to determine the price is the high and low limit method.The form of water-supply price is not only a technical problem.the analysis of WF situations,! think we should increase the market process of water-supply business,work out a reasonable main body to fix the price and perfect the price-forming procedure,and set up a good price-forming system. |
