A Study On The Internal Control Mechanism Of Chinese State-owned Commercial Bank

As the first protective screen of risk prevention, management organization pay much more attention to the internal control mechanism. Especially after East Asia Financial Crisis and Bahrain Bank went bankrupt, the construction of the internal control system became more urgent. The paper firstly analyses the background of the operating mechanism and present situation of the Chinese State-owned Commercial Bank. After studying the internal control system of the western developed countries, countering the problems of the Chinese State-owned Commercial Bank, the author puts forward the reforming countermeasures and suggestions.
