Research On Patent Strategy Of EV

The world automobile industry now lies in a critical point of transferring from the Traditional Vehicle to EV(Electric Vehicle). Patent strategy is a general international strategic method of developing the high-tech .industry. We should set up accordingly the patent strategy of the EV and combine with the characteristics of the technique of the EV on the basis of the International Intellectual Property System so as to provide the patent protection for domestic EV industry.This article focuses on introducing the various ways and means of the patent strategy and analyzing the technological features of VE systematically by researching on the foreign patent strategy and putting forward the policy of patent protection and development so as to provide references for the development of VE. It can deliver reference to other fields of patent strategy as well.The creative idea of this article is as following:1. Analyzing the distribution of the EV patent2.
