Power vehicle industry is gradually becoming a booming industry. With the environment problem becoming serious, more and more manufacturing facties pay more attention to the market of power vehicle which is coming into being and is expected to be a new economic growth point making manufacturing industry develop. However, because lots of manufacturing factory passively wait for the enforcement of national industrial policy about power vehicle and they don't adjust the structure of corporation management and administration such as distribution management, production management and so on, the market opportunity of power vehicle industry is not made full use of by manufacturing enterprise.This thesis focuses on JIANSHE Group and analyses the external factors in economy, society, culture, environment, law, technology and etc. It applies "External Factors Evaluation(EFE) Matrix" to evaluate the availability of the enterprise's reaction to key external factors; It applies "Botor's Five Model" to analyze the competitive situation and extent among the enterprises of different sizes and different competitive strategies as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the presently-adopted competitive strategy used in JIANSHE Group to find out the threat and opportunity in the business competition. Meanwhile, It applies the analyzes comprehensively the management, marketing, production and quality-controlling, research and developing ability, the system of information, and financial management and information; And it also applies the "Internal Factor Evaluation(IFE) Matrix" to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages inside the enterprise and to analyze the especial ability and main weaknesses; It also adopts "threat-Opportunities-Weakness-Strengths Matrix" to match the key internal and external factors, which result in four proposals of the SO, ST, WO and WT strategies for enterprises to guide the enterprise to give full play to strong point and seize opportunities, offset the threat and make good use of opportunities and eliminate weaknesses and then can provide the alternative strategy for JIANSHE Group. Besides, it adopts the "Strategic Position and Action Practice Evaluation Matrix" to analyze and evaluate the present strategic position and detailed strategic and according to the defined tasks, long-term and short-Term targets, it may determine the type of strategy and the concrete strategy which should be chosen in enterprise.The last conclusion is: JIANSHE Group should adopt the integration strategies for development of enterprise under such economic environment and competition ; As for the marketing ,the enterprise should adopt the cost-leadership strategy, and some of market penetration strategy ,product development strategy, attack strategy; they also consolidate the basic advantages and take some risk of the market to improve capacity and strengthen economic development. With the stable development, they can make great progress in enterprise's development.
