The Valuation Increase Management In Intellectual Property From The Angle Of Philosophy

This research explains the "value" from the angle of philosophy and economy. And according to this theory, it discusses the intension, character and function of the intellectual property management. It discusses the difference from the value-added management and the traditional management mode of the intellectual property, from the side of management main body, management object and management process. The author bring forward the imagines of building a new evaluating system of intellectual property under the base of analyzing the excellence and shortage of evaluating system of intellectual property in existence.This article analyzes the case of the intellectual property management in the high technology enterprises inside and outside and discusses the application of integration management.
