Thinking About The Philosophy Of The Modern Human Enterprise Management

Humanistic management is not only the main trend of the development of business management at present, but also the developing direction of the future business management. Effective enforcement of humanistic management is the essential condition to build up modern business system. From the point of Marxist philosophy's view, the thesis probes preliminarily into the history, the present situation, the intension and the realizing route of modern business humanistic management so as to try hard to bring forth some new ideas on formulating business humanistic management of Chinese characteristic.The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part reviews and analyses the study condition to business humanistic management of academic circles, and then lays a foundation for following parts of the thesis. The part starts with the study condition of business humanistic management of the Occident academic circles and the analysis emphasizes on revealing inherent mechanism of business management from scientific management to humanistic management. After that the part analyses the study condition of humanistic management of the academic circles in our country. On the basis of this, the first part of the thesis makes some theoretical comments on business humanistic management and sums up the problems existing in the study of business humanistic management.The second part, analyses the formulation deeply and carefully from not only the value but also the technology tier. Humanistic management on the value tier includes the managing subject, managing motive power and managing value. The analysis on technology expounds it mainly from some important aspects such as the managing way, managing structure, decision, information, production and human resource.The third part explores the realizing route of business humanistic management of Chinese characteristic, that is, answering the question how to carry out humanistic management. The thesis puts forward the following pieces of advice. The first, grasps properly the relation between humanistic management and scientific management, treats correctly the orient and Occident management ideas and realize the co-operation of modernization and nationalization of business management. The second, makes it in harmony, unified and promoting each other between the humanistic management and socialist basic system and basic characteristic. The third, puts forth effort on making innovations of management and opens up uninterruptedly the new state of humanistic business management.
