Study On The Off-shore Financial Market And The Law Of Off-shore Financial Market

One of the most distinct characteristics and tenden- cies in the current development of international finance is undoubtedly its globalization. And the burgeoning off- shore financial markets have been playing an absolutely significant role in this integrating process.Aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the establishment of China's own offshore financial market, this paper first describes in detail the unique features of the legal supervision of such a market, and then elaborates on the common practices of other countries in this field. After analyzing China's relevant existent laws, this paper lastly proposes a number of suggestions for the formulation of new laws in this area in China.The paper includes three chapters.Chapter one takes a look at the relevant theoretical knowledge,including the definition of traditional international-financial market and off-shore financial market.Chapter two is a study of the supervision of such a market.Chapter three concludes this paper with numbers of suggestions for improving China's laws and regulations in the area being investigated.
