Contrast And Research On Some Problems Of Internet Copyright Protection

There are many problems about Intellegent property on the internet. But the copyright is the most important. Some cases about copyright have beenthe examples in the teaching, so the problems is paid attention to by the legislation institute and juridical department in China. At present, many regulations and explanations have been made, and the problems have been regulated in The Copyright Law of Peoples Republic of China systematically. But due to the imperfect legislature, many problems exist in the erea.In some weastern countries, becouse of the developed technolegy and perfect infrastructure, much judical experience and acdemical reserch have been accumulated. It is necessary for us to study these achievements and accept something useful. The development of internet technolegy make it necessary to law reconciliation. So our country should adapt to the trend and accept the internet rules. Of course, we should pay attention to the difference of industrial development countries.In this article, the author introduce several problems about internet copyright theoretically and pratically. This will give a reference to technogical measures about copyright protection.
