The paper is different from many research articles about the Custermer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing. It pay more attention on the combination of the ideas and practice, especial on the guiding to the Auto accessory marketing. At first, the paper introduce the background, target and significance of the research, Then the paper put the CRM into the practice of Auto accessory marketing to guide it how to operate and manage the sales. At last, it do some work for rich the practice of the CRM ideas.The paper introduce the CRM'S origin, development, intention and function etc. It also introduce some characters of the China's AUTO industry and AUTO accessory industry, and it also research some combination of CRM and AUTO accessory marketing in client management, marketing management and service management.As we know, CRM is introduced into china as a way of enterprise management in recent years, it is combination of ideas and the information technology. IT must be suitable with the typical characters of China and industry. So , except introduce some strategies of AUTO accessory marketing , the paper conclude the experience and lessons from the practice and use it to service to the operation of CRM. The article also give some suggestion to the problems meeting in the practice of CRM.
