This dissertation probes into how Shell Lubricants formulate & implement its globalization strategy while Shell Lubricants decide to readjust current business strategy. The dissertation consists of two parts: case and case analysis.In the first part, the dissertation gives a full picture of Shell Group, Shell Oil Products, Shell Lubricants & operation in China, Shell Lubricants Globalization background and strategic direction as well as relevant organization Chart etc.In the second part the author firstly analyzes the external environment of lubricants business by the method of the Porter' s Five-force Model and Strategic Group Diagram , Key Competitor Analysis & Key Successful Factors etc. Secondly, the author analyzes the internal situation of the company through the method of SWOT analysis, Value Chain and Value System analysis etc. Then, base on above analysis, identify that feasibility & necessity of Shell Lubricants Globalization Strategy via the further analysis on global driver of Lubricant business. Finally, the author introduce the implementation & feedback system of the globalization strategy.
