The Law And Enlightenment Of Contemporary China's International Strategy Under Globalization

In 1949, the People's Republic of China was established. Sinca then,China has been in the process of great regeneration in the face of complex and volatile international situation. In the process, Chinese Foreign Strategy has been improved continuously under the background of globalization. In the process, the Chinese leaders has cosidered the international situation and has made great decisions to achieve their aim. This article will gaze at the development of China international strategy and summarize the rule to inspire other peoples.This artticle is divided into four partst totally.The first part summarizes the process of globalization.It starts from the concept of globalization and bases on the different stages of development to reveal the dynamic nature of globalization.Globalization essentially is a capitalist-led globalization.And finally settles to the great impact that globalization have on the international strategic decisions. The countrys have to formulate international strategy according to global thinking. All lay the foundation for the second part.The second part states the development of China international strategy. China international strategy has gone through four stages.The first stage.In the late 1940s to the 1970s, Globalization experienced the Cold War. meanwhile,China International Strategy formed preliminary between the United States and the Soviet Union. In the 1950s, it's one-side diplomatic policy. The former refers to the efforts to win over all the possible supports against the superpowers. In the 1970s, Chinese Foreign Strategy is "One Battle Line". The entire road was full of the twists and turns.The second stage. In 1980s,when globalization having a rapid expansion in the confront between the United States and the Soviet Union, China made a significant strategic adjustments and changes. China implemented real "non-aligned" and the full range of diplomacy policy.The third stage. In 1990s,Chinese Communists have made accurate judgments on the international strategic environment and carried out the multifaceted diplomacy comprehensively. Multilateral diplomacy has become a highlight of foreign strategy. It has caused China's international strategy have a further development.The forth stage. In the 21st century, The development of globalization has created many new opportunities and challenges for China's peaceful development.China has formed international strategy:Peace and development road. China will remain committed to their development and world harmony.Based on the former two parts,the third part summarizes the rule to inspire other peoples. The authors summarizs the law in six areas. First, the international strategy and national development strategies are in coordination; Second, national interests and international interests of the reunification is the ultimate goal of the international strategy; Third, the international strategic environment is the prerequisite and basis for international strategy; Fourth, the state power is the fundamental basis of international strategy development; Fifth, the international strategy has been in a dynamic adjustment; Sixth, the international strategy is basing on peaceful development.In the forth part, alhough the author hasn't enough knowledge about Chinese Foreign Strategy, the author also talks about inspiration. China has to promote the concept of change continuously and construct the national strategy system; continue to uphold the independence and spare no effort to promote world peace; focus on overall diplomatic strategy layout and strengthen the overall planning of the deployment of foreign affairs; still keeping a low profile and do something positive for ourselves and the world.In short, this paper is under the guidance of Marxist international strategic thinking.It uses logic and historical analysis method to analyse the historical evolution of China's international strategy and its laws.In order to provide a useful reference and inspiration for the current and future strategic decision.
