A Study Of Positive Economics On Antidumping Of Chinese Export Oriented Products

Based on the Neo-Classical Theory and the micro-and macro-economics , This paper analyses the mechanism and effects of dumping and antidumping on Chinese export oriented products in international trade. Relating to the new developing direction of trade theory it provides suggestions of countermeasure by studying the causes of antidumping on Chinese export oriented products by the economic positive analysis.The paper:(l)studies the history and the developing direction of dumping and antidumping,and compares the concepts of dumping and antidumping between the economics and laws,and researches the searching of antidumping in China.
