Research Into Countermeasures Of Antidumping Against China

This thesis is based on the analysis of the present condition,features and causes of the antidumping which foreign countries launch against Chinese export products. It points out the influences by the interior and exterior factors on our export enterprises in the international competition and particularly analyzes the macroscopic and microscopic countermeasures against the foreign antidumping procedures by means of analyzing and generalizing the antidumping cases, especially domestic cases. First, export enterprises should standardize export price and export product according to normal value. In the meanwhile, the government should regulate the export order, practise the industrial self-discipline, diminish and prevent the condition of competitive bringing-down of prices in order to decrease or put an end to the activities of dumping. Second, once there are foreign antidumping procedures against China, the export enterprises ought to take active legal measures according to foreign antidumping laws and procedures in order to protect our legitimate export rights and interests.After the entrance of WTO, Chinese export enterprises are confronted with an even more severe situation, so they should strengthen the fair international competitive and legal concept in the respect of foreign antidumping against China and standardize price and order of our export products. These enterprises should also study and master foreign antidumping laws and procedures in the practice, using the experience of other countries for reference and combining with the practical condition of our export enterprises to improve the status of our export enterprises in the course of the foreign antidumping against China.This research into the countermeasures of antidumping against China will be of great help for our export enterprises not only to improve the condition of our foreign trade, to maintain and increase our foreign market proportion, but to help us betterunderstand the free trade under modern market economy. It also makes both realistic and theoretical sense in how to improve the competitive idea and status of our export enterprises after the entrance of WTO.
