This paper is an analysis on the construction and management of marketing channels in south China. Zhuanghong, manager in Guangzhou office of Royal Building Systems (Shanghai) Ltd., which is Royal Group (China) Technology Ltd., strongly stressed the construction of ecotypic system of marketing channels.At the same time, Mr Zhang applied the intergrowth marketing in plastic windows. He also analyzed all kinds of PVC products sharing the same marketing channel. As a result, the costs of marketing in Guangzhou office have been declined and the ability of competition in south China have been improved. Therefor some problems and its solution were put forward. These measures of construction and management of marketing channels are extremely important for accomplishing the strategic target of Building Systems(Shanghai) Ltd. in China.
