Studies On The Project Of Shenzhen Furniture Science & Technology Industry Park

The project of Shenzhen furniture Science & Technology Industry Park have been prescribed to begin before 2005 according to the adjusted industry and structure scheme of Shenzhen's furniture . As an important project to recombine furniture industry and using new applicable technology to change traditional industry in Shenzhen, it gets the attention from Shenzhen government, Shenzhen furniture trade association and its members, and members of Chinese furniture industry institute.There are three reasons on the confirming title of this paper, just the current signficance and far-reaching historical signficance:(1) During the development of Chinese furniture industry, it gets great progress in some fields. But facing the equality international markets, it must be reformed and optimized.(2) Shenzhen's furniture industry leading the first way in China. But in recent years, the development of Chinese furniture industry has formed regional characters: furniture industry of some place flourished. The limitation of condition on geography, separated and independency corporation, the cost of raw and processed materials and labor force, higher devotion and so on, all these factors affect the development of Shenzhen's furniture industry. Terminal Corporation takes large parts compared to the middle corporation, much repetition and little complementary, higher cost of whole manipulation, which affect the continuable development of Shenzhen's furniture industry. On current condition furniture industry can't enlarge scale, specialize the work and carry through socialization produce, especially when they face the overseas rivals who have modern technics and technology, abundant capital, ability of exploitation and distribution. So furniture industry must use new technology and modern equipment to build up core competence of the corporation. The reformed industry is hottest topic from this century. Now it is not only a topic, but has long meaning.(3) Under the request and suppose of Shenzhen furniture trade association, the title of this paper can be confirmed.This project started from mar.2002, it includes the needs, feasibility and primary programming of the building on Science & Technology Industry Park. The author made half a year investigation on some fields of Shenzhen's furniture industry, such as its actuality, scale of industry development, and necessity on second innovation. During the investigation the author realized the anticipate to the Science & Technology Industry Park and belief to the organization of Shenzhen furniture trade association from many corporation, collected much important suggestion on the programming, of the Science & Technology Industry Park. All these formed the idea of this project. From September to December in 2002, under the help ofShenzhen furniture trade association; professor Hu Jinchu(in Zhongnan Forestry University), processor Xu Boming, and Zhang Bingyuan(in Nanjing Forestry University), Doctor JiangGinyan(in college of Shenzhen Polytechnic), Ms Shao Hanqing(previce-chairmanin of Shenzhen), Mr. YeQing(the dean of Research Center of Architecture and Design of Shenzhen), Mr. Ding Keyi(in investment promotion bureau ) and the experts from Assurance Center of middle and small corporation, information and technology, finance and so on , the compare of their suggestion formed the first draft of this paper.The project of Shenzhen's furniture Science & Technology Industry Park gets the attention and supply from Shenzhen government, and gets the prescription as the Shenzhen's Science & Technology Industry Park and important project in the fields of industry and business in 2003.At present , this project is under further programming and the running pattern is also under further research.
