As we all know, the industrialization of high-new technology and the reformation of traditional agriculture through high-new technology is the crux of the agricultural structure escalation. Furthermore, the agricultural science and technology park is the incubator of the industrialization of the high-new technology and the forward position of the reformation of traditional agriculture through high-new technology. There will have very important practical and strategic significance to promote the formation and development of the industrialization of Chinese agricultural high-new technology and accelerate the progress of agricultural modernization by developing and building agricultural science and technology park.Because of short developing time and insufficient experiences, the building of agricultural science and technology park developed in confusion, and its use was not to be given to the full. On the other hand, through summarized the building practice of the agricultural science and technology park in China, evaluated the main achievements and experiences to build the agricultural science and technology park in China. Combined with the current situation of the building park, analysed the survived questions, the countermeasures and thinking to build the science and technology park with Chinese characteristics were put forward further.
