Research On Development Stratagem Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Hi-Tech Industry

It is predicted that 21st century is not only the vigorously developing time for new technology but also fashionable period for mini-type in the world. Accordingly to the characteristic of hi-tech, the restricting factors of enterprises not only refer to the scale and organization of enterprises; however, we should pay more attention to the core competition of enterprises.There were so many incorporation events occurred in the late of 1990s, however, more and more scandals about big enterprises exposed in the field of management and financing made us oppugn the effectivity of big organizations. In the new era, SMEs must find best chance to improve operating and managing ability through making full use of new technology and hi-tech by some flexible organizations, such as alliance, centralization and virtual operation. In this article, a new networking organization of SMEs was brought forward and discussed in the theory of new institutional economics and was thought the most proper way for most SMEs development.
