With the swift development of the information technology and the coming of information times, ?Network?tide is sweeping across the whole world. And with the rapid development of economy and society, competition between corporations becomes international and unprecedented intense. The complex markets of the twenty梖irst century will demand the ability to deliver a high variety of customized products quickly and globally. It is obvious that the traditional business mode which is an extension of the concepts of Taylor(擲cientific Management? and FordCMass Production?,can no longer adapt itself to the new market environment. To some degree, we need quickly adapt fundamentally structural transformation of managing and operating system in traditional enterprises. Wide applications of the information technology and sources are also working properly to make the traditional structures more and more centering, flating and virtualizing. 揤irtual Enterprise?VE) (sometimes also called 揤irtual Corporation? 棗棗A new business mode棗棗 is one of the best choices. This paper can be taken as a portrait of the emerging virtual enterprise棗梂hat it is, why it is different from the traditional one, its main operating forms and the problems we should pay attention to during the structuring procedure. In this paper, the nature of the virtual enterprise is also analyzed. It is defined as 揂 type of normal and steady contract between the enterprise contract and the market contract, which 3 is more adaptable to the new market and economic environment?
