The Theory And Apply Of Technical Innovation Self-organizing System

In the present age, Natural and social science regard self-organizing theory as the forward theory of the best challenge and revolution. And self-organizing methodology opens up the new way for mankind in research every kind complex system question. Technical Innovation System is a complex system, whose moving law is governed by self-organizing objective law. So this paper researches Technical Innovation System in self-organizing theory. Firstly, this paper founds the new theory of Technical Innovation Self-organizing System. Finally, this paper uses this new theory to analyse the sources which our country Technical Innovation System exist questions, in order to search the new ways for raising the moving efficiency of our country Technical Innovation System.This paper consists two parts, six chapters in all.The first part includes forward four chapters, mainly founds Technical Innovation Self-organizing System. The first chapter is introduction. Mainly illustrates the historic background, meaning and method about founding new theory. The second chapter concludes and summarizes the resources, development and frame of the self-organizing theory and methodology. And proves that social system has as unity as natural system, but social system has itself particularity. And uses self-organizing theory and methodology to research social system. The third chapter sums up the resources and development of the Technical Innovation System. And puts forward the future direction of Technical Innovation System, that is, uses self-organizing theory to research Technical Innovation System. The fourth chapter is based on the second and third chapter, proves the theory of Technical Innovation Self-organizing System, and uses Super-cycle theory, Synergertios and Dissipative structure theory to research the moving mechanism of Technical Innovation System.The second part includes the fifth and sixth chapter, mainly uses the theory of Technical Innovation Self-organizing System to research our country Technical Innovation System. The fifth chapter mainly concludes and summarizes the present conditions and questions of our country Technical Innovation System. And analyses the resources of the questions.
