On Improvement And Innovation Of The Approaches Of The Ideological Work During The New Period

Ideological and political work has long been the Party's fine tradition and political superiority. Against the backdrop of a widening open-up society with an increasingly market-oriented economy, such work cannot be weakened but strengthened. During the new period, ideological and political work has undergone tremendous changes in its social environment, tasks, contents, channels and objects. In light of this, the traditional ideological and political work, content or style, is inevitably lagging behind the changing society, achieving less than ideal effects. It has become an important task for us to examine the new features and laws of the work under the new circumstances and to explore and experiment with new methods and approaches. This paper makes a rudimentary research into the improvement and innovation of the approaches during the new periods from the following four aspects, namely, the necessity, the guideline, the main orientation and the fundamental ways to materialize the improvement and innovation.
