Research On Enterprise Merger & Acquistion Of China

Enterprise M&A is the result of development of market economy, and more and more enterprises have realised that M&A is an efficient way to strengthen enterprises competence power. The dissertation analyes the M&A behavior by the way of system theory , set a basic theory for the M&A . Form the statue our country' s enterprise, the author made systematical analysis to some typical enterprises .Furthermore .systematic analysis also shows it's inevitable for our country' s enterprises to M&A , and it also manifest there are so many problies in our country' s M&A .The author made the main reason lies in that almost all M&A are completed by enterprises and government. The author trys to find the reasons of problem from the behavior of enterprise and government and property right , institution and law system are not so sound. At lost, the thesis give some policy suggestion to formation the enterprise and government, M&A in our country can smoothly.
