| Credit is the basement for the movement of society, is law rules the signal point of the sociaty witch. The development of economy and society ask for building a better enrolment of Social credit.alalyzing by economics, especially by economics of information. Breaking faith comes from asymmetric information. If we want to avoid breaking faith, the most important thing we must to do is to build up a signaling system as basement. According to the practice of developed countries, this kind of system is built longings the records of credit from information by credit reporting agency. For offering the rules witch can be followed by economical credit reporting agency, china need to produce the law of credit from information as soon as possible, the standpoint of building the law of credit from information is that we must offer credit reporting agencies the necessary conditions they need as long as protect the rights of credit from information of the individual and business, the content of the regulation Mentioned to lots of points of how to open the credit from information of the individual and business.This thesis is about 37000 words.Chapter 1 is research and analyze by economics.
