Influence Factor Of Information Management Legality In Our Country And Fuction

Aiming at new-type social concern and social relationships which appeared in present management activity of information in our country, this paper studies the inevitable request of information management legalization form norm, publishing information crime, promoting and protecting development of informationization. The paper explains the important function and realistic meaning of strengthening information management legalization. The paper reviews and summaries the process of our country's information management legalization, and analyses the questions stored among that process. And the paper puts forward three essential of promoting and integrating information management legalization: information ethics, information policy and information law.The paper mainly analyses the function way of information management legalization supporting element. First of all, it analyses research state and character of each kind of key element, on this basis, in allusion to complication and socialization of information management legalization, it points out advantage and disadvantage of each kind of key element.
